So sad! The happiest day of their lives, except d groom had just 4 months to live

When Jennifer Carter and her boyfriend Solomon Chau started planning their wedding in April 2014 they had no idea of the tragedy that was about to unfold.

While the couple initially planned to get married in August this year, they had to move the date to April 11 after Solomon was told he had terminal liver cancer. 

Then, just four months after tying the knot, and aged only 26, Solomon passed away - and his funeral was held yesterday, the same day he was initially supposed to get married.see more pictures after the cut...
