SAD -Woman Dies After Being 'Swallowed' By Escalator In China

               
A woman has died after she fell through an escalator in a shopping mall in China.
The 30-year-old mother was travelling up the escalator with her young son at the centre in Jingzhou when she stepped on a silver floor plate at the top which gave way, according to CCTV news. She managed to save her son by pushing him forward and he was quickly grabbed by a bystander. With half of her body hanging down the shaft, shopping mall staff tried desperately to pull the woman to safety, however tragically she fell to her death. The tragic incident was captured on CCTV cameras.
